Refunds:
Your fee, less $100 will be refunded if application is withdrawn prior to August 15, 2009. If application is not accepted, the full deposit will be returned. There will be no refund if for any reason the camper arrives late or must leave early.
I approve my participation in all of the camp's activities, unless I advise you otherwise in writing, acknowledging that such participation involves risks and hazards incidental thereto. I agree to release and indemnify Cedar Ridge Camp Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents of all liability arising therefrom, except such as shall arise solely as a consequence of its or their willful negligence or willful default. I grant Cherish Event Management permission to use any photos taken of me in their promotional materials.
Dismissal:
THE CAMP DIRECTOR HAS THE DISCRETION TO DISMISS THE CAMPER IN THE EVENT THAT THE CAMPER BREACHES CAMP RULES. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF FEES.

Please note this is a Children’s Camp during the week. Be respectful, do not leave cigarette butts, liquor bottles/cans, or condoms around the camp.
